ISHA is built around this connection — bringing learning, skills, opportunity, employment, entrepreneurship and community development into a connected framework.

How ISHA Began
ISHA Federation was founded in 2026 by Manoj Jangra and Dr. Isha Sharma, bringing together over a decade of combined experience in grassroots social work, entrepreneurship and education leadership into one institutional platform.
