Supported approximately 7,000–8,000 people through employment, self-employment and income-generation opportunities.
Skill Development & Vocational Training
Conducted practical training programmes, including LED bulb and lighting-product manufacturing, enabling individuals to develop production-based skills and livelihood opportunities.

Women Empowerment
Promoted home-based and work-from-home livelihood models, including tailoring and small-scale production opportunities, with a focus on enabling women to contribute to household income.
Rural Micro-Enterprise Development
